Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Review
The Hiring Manager Review stage serves as the first detailed evaluation of a candidate’s suitability for the role. During this step, the hiring manager carefully reviews each applicant’s CV, portfolio, and supporting materials to assess their qualifications.
- Stage 2
Recruiter Phone Screen
The phone screen provides an opportunity to explore a candidate’s background in more depth and evaluate their communication style, enthusiasm, and understanding of core concepts of the role. This is also a chance for candidates to ask clarifying questions about the role and expectations. The phone screen helps determine whether candidates possess the foundational mindset and experience needed to move forward.
- Stage 3
Interview
The Hiring Manager Interview provides a deep dive into the candidate’s professional approach, working style, and long-term potential within the team. The hiring manager may ask scenario-based questions to gauge how the candidate prioritises tasks, measures success, and navigates challenges such as meeting deadlines or managing workload. It serves as a final confirmation of fit before moving to the offer stage.
- Stage 4
Offer
At this stage, successful candidates receive a formal job offer detailing compensation, role expectations, working arrangements, and onboarding timelines. The hiring team aims to provide full clarity on the responsibilities of the role, available resources, performance targets, and potential career pathways. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions so they can make an informed decision with confidence. Once the offer is accepted, Hiring Manager asks for list of job references, and set expectations about the next steps on the onboarding process.
- Stage 5
Hired
The hired stage marks the beginning of the candidate’s journey as part of the marketing team. New hires receive access to all relevant systems, tools, and brand resources, along with an introduction to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Early onboarding focuses on familiarising the employee with ongoing campaigns, marketing processes, audience profiles, and the company’s strategic objectives. Support may include training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and regular check-ins with managers to ensure a seamless transition into the role. This stage sets the foundation for impactful contributions, helping new team members feel confident, supported, and ready to participate in meaningful marketing initiatives from day one.
